Logistics Officer – Construction Site Coordination

About the role
The Logistics Officer will ensure efficient planning, coordination, and movement of materials, equipment, and resources for all construction and project operations. The role involves overseeing the flow of supplies to construction sites and managing the company's fleet and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of materials to sites
- Manage fleet, vehicles & equipment schedules
- Maintain inventory of tools & supplies
- Track fuel usage & maintenance
- Liaise with suppliers & site managers
- Ensure cost‑effective logistics
- Prepare logistics reports
- Enforce transport & site safety
Required profile
- HND/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Construction logistics experience preferred
- Strong planning & coordination skills
- Knowledge of inventory/transport systems
- Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
