About the role
The Luxury Marble Sales Consultant will drive sales of high‑end marble products for a leading mining company operating in Ghana. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and interior designers to promote our premium stone solutions across the Accra and Tema regions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads using targeted sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings to showcase marble collections.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements while ensuring profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and deliver market feedback to the management team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in construction materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
