About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic sales representatives to promote a luxury retail brand across major shopping malls in Accra and Tema. This full‑time, on‑site position involves engaging with shoppers, showcasing products, and driving daily sales performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, staying on your feet for most of the day.
  • Approach potential customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and guide them through product features.
  • Achieve daily sales targets and encourage store visits for product interaction.
  • Work a schedule of four full days and two half days per week, with designated days off.

Required profile

  • Tertiary education (Degree, Certificate, HND, or Diploma) in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Pleasant, approachable personality with a professional “game face.”
  • Proficient English language skills.
