Market Agent – Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking motivated Market Agents to join our sales team in Accra. You will be assigned a specific market area where you will build lasting relationships with wholesalers and retailers, generate new sales, and ensure customers receive top‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers and retailers in the assigned market.
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities into long‑term customers.
• Visit each customer at least twice a week to monitor inventory and anticipate re‑orders.
• Communicate weekly pricing, product availability and new product launches.
• Coordinate deliveries to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
• Continuously scout for additional businesses that could become customers.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in approaching new businesses and building relationships.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, organized and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
