About the role
WusuWusu is looking for a Market Operations Analyst to ensure the quality and accuracy of its prediction markets. You will craft clear binary questions, define resolution criteria, and monitor market performance across African political, economic, and sporting events.
Key responsibilities
- Write unambiguous binary questions for new markets.
- Specify resolution criteria and monitor open positions.
- Resolve markets accurately and on schedule.
- Research and track Ghana Premier League results, Bank of Ghana monetary policy decisions, and major African elections.
- Maintain structured data sets and update spreadsheets with market metrics.
Required profile
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Deep knowledge of Ghanaian sport, politics, and economics.
- Familiarity with financial and prediction markets is a plus.
- Ability to write clear, binary questions.
- Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
