About the role
The Market Operations Analyst will ensure the quality and integrity of markets on the Wusu platform. You will craft clear binary questions, define resolution criteria, monitor open positions and resolve markets accurately and on schedule. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a strong interest in African current events.
Key responsibilities
- Write unambiguous binary questions for prediction markets.
- Specify resolution criteria and monitor market performance.
- Track open positions and ensure timely market resolution.
- Maintain high data quality standards for all markets on Wusu.
Required profile
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Deep knowledge of Ghanaian sport, politics and economics.
- Passion for African current events, such as the Ghana Premier League and Bank of Ghana monetary policy.
Required skills
- Ability to write clear binary questions.
- Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with financial and prediction markets is a strong plus.
