About the role

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry and its impact on consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Ghanaian consumer behavior and market trends.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
