Marketing Manager – Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of brand‑building strategies for Shalina’s portfolio, ensuring top‑of‑mind awareness among consumers while driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned brands.
• Design and launch ATL campaigns (radio, OOH, TroTro branding) and BTL activities such as promotions, print ads, events, and POS marketing.
• Create and monitor product advertising and brand assets, providing regional insights for asset development.
• Coordinate with media houses, partners and vendors for asset production and deployment.
• Collaborate with sales teams on promotional mechanisms, special offers, in‑store displays and POS materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, initiate consumer surveys, and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Track campaign performance using key metrics, prepare performance reports, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and new product launch execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Experience in healthcare or personal‑care FMCG is a plus.
• Strong analytical and market‑research capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of advertising and print media.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
