Marketing Manager – Ghana (9‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This fixed‑term position is part of Bolt’s West Africa Local Marketing team, based in Accra. You will be the on‑the‑ground heartbeat of Bolt’s brand in Ghana, translating global strategy into campaigns that connect with local audiences across rides and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Bolt’s local marketing strategy in Ghana, driving measurable growth for rides and delivery.
• Plan and deliver social‑first campaigns, including creator and influencer partnerships, to generate earned attention and strong local engagement.
• Identify and activate scalable local partnerships that support acquisition and brand growth.
• Support vertical‑led brand activations such as airport, venue, and car branding, and contribute to local rollouts of broader initiatives.
• Manage budgets, track campaign performance, and use data‑driven insights to optimise spend and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, ideally within app‑based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer brands.
• Experience leading small, high‑performing marketing teams across demand and supply initiatives.
• Strong grasp of brand, social, partnerships, and/or performance marketing with a track record of optimising CAC, CPA, CTR, and LTV.
• Comfortable working independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Twi or another Ghanaian language is a plus.
