Marketing Officer

About the role

The reliable Marketing Officer will be strategic, creates with purpose, and genuinely understands what moves people from curious to loyal customers. You will be the voice of the company in the market, across digital platforms, with our trade partners, and at every touchpoint where our brand shows up. You will be right in the middle of things, working closely with the Managing Director and the operations team to help us make smarter decisions as we grow.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, creating scroll‑stopping photos, videos, reels, stories and captions.
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar, shoot and edit on‑farm and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Translate our farm‑to‑door story into compelling narratives across all channels and maintain visual identity.
• Build relationships with food bloggers, chefs, influencers and manage a chef ambassador programme.
• Support B2B outreach to restaurants, hotels, caterers and corporate buyers via LinkedIn and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Plan and run paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok, track performance and report key metrics.
• Work with operations to ensure the customer experience reflects the brand promise and develop loyalty and referral programmes.

Required profile

• A degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in food, FMCG, hospitality or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts.
• Strong content creation ability – shooting, editing, writing and design to a professional standard.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, Canva and basic analytics tools.
• Experience running paid social campaigns is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of the Ghanaian premium food and hospitality market.
