Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive the company’s online presence and support consumer insight activities. Working closely with the marketing team, the role combines social media management with market monitoring to enhance brand engagement and inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and content publishing across official social media platforms.
• Organise, edit and publish social media content in line with the marketing plan.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, private messages and user inquiries.
• Maintain topics and interactions to improve engagement and account activity.
• Assist in the execution of offline marketing activities, including preparation, on‑site support and follow‑up.
• Collect, organise and report social media and marketing activity data.
• Handle images, short videos, copywriting and other marketing materials to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Gather consumer pain points, needs, opinions and feedback from social channels.
• Monitor competitor campaigns, product promotions and market trends.
• Collect and track issues from retail channels, covering product, service and consumer experience.
• Summarise consumer and market issues and forward them to relevant departments for resolution.
• Support the analysis of consumer feedback to improve product reputation and satisfaction.
