Marketplace Support Manager

About the role

Equipment Hub is seeking a full-time Marketplace Support Manager to run and grow its newly launched online equipment marketplace. You will own the day-to-day operations, help onboard dealers and sellers, and ensure listings are accurate and attractive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the marketplace back‑office and administrative tasks.
• Onboard new dealers and sellers onto the platform.
• Assist users with uploading, editing and presenting equipment listings.
• Identify and approach potential dealers and sellers to expand inventory.
• Maintain up‑to‑date dealer and equipment information.
• Verify that listings are complete, accurate and professionally displayed.
• Follow up enquiries and facilitate connections between buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve the marketplace.

Required profile

• Organised and proactive with strong initiative.
• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in equipment procurement, logistics, construction, or related sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Accra.
