Medical Sales Representative – Accra

About the role

As a Key Accounts Executive (Medical Sales Representative) based in Accra, you will drive awareness and demand for Shalina Healthcare Ghana’s products across hospitals and clinics. You will ensure continuous product availability and support tender processes while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Segment and target hospitals and clinics according to company guidelines to optimise outreach.
• Maintain up‑to‑date databases of institutions and understand their needs to fulfil orders promptly.
• Provide the latest product information to medical practitioners, key opinion leaders and pharmacists through face‑to‑face meetings and group presentations.
• Present and discuss company products, addressing questions and gathering feedback.
• Analyse market insights for each institution to achieve short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance market penetration and act on feedback.
• Adhere to corporate policies and conduct activities with integrity and high business standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical‑device industry.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and develop relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of hospital and clinic procurement processes, including tenders.
