MEP Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The MEP Manager will lead all mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities for high‑rise, commercial and residential projects in Ghana. You will be responsible for design coordination, procurement, installation supervision, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MEP design review, coordination with structural and architectural plans and BIM integration.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, approve selections and ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise on‑site MEP installations, control subcontractor performance and resolve delays.
• Implement quality control, testing, commissioning and prepare as‑built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and building code regulations and obtain statutory approvals.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering; professional registration preferred.
• 10–15 years of MEP experience on high‑rise and commercial projects, with a proven track record of full‑cycle delivery.
• Strong leadership experience building and managing MEP teams and subcontractors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit MEP and BIM tools.
