About the role

Prosupport Services Company Limited is looking for a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join a leading International School in Ghana. The role focuses on delivering engaging, student‑centred mathematics instruction to Upper Primary learners, preparing them for both internal and external assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality mathematics lessons aligned with the school’s international curriculum.
• Apply IGCSE mathematics knowledge where appropriate and develop differentiated activities for diverse learners.
• Assess, record, and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Identify learning gaps and implement targeted intervention strategies.
• Maintain an inclusive, positive classroom environment and integrate technology to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Education, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching qualification or certification.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably at Upper Primary level.
• Demonstrable experience teaching IGCSE Mathematics (essential).
• Previous experience in an International School environment (essential).
• Strong understanding of international curricula and modern mathematics teaching methodologies.
