National Sales Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a National Sales Manager based in Accra to lead sales strategy and execution across Ghana, driving sustainable revenue, distribution, and market growth. The role oversees multiple routes to market, handling channel development, partner management, and business growth across Consumer Electronics, Telco, Monobrand, and Independent Retail.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Manage and expand distribution networks, working with distributors, authorised partners, and retail accounts.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to strengthen distribution and improve product penetration.
• Lead pricing, promotions, trade‑marketing initiatives and ensure profitability.
• Oversee product launches, go‑to‑market planning and partner development while maintaining accurate sales forecasting and inventory management.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Telco, FMCG or a related industry.
• Proven national sales responsibility and strong track record in the Ghanaian market.
• Extensive experience managing distributors, authorised partners and retail accounts across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, expand distribution and drive market‑share growth.
