About the role

FON Packaging Ventures, Ghana’s leading manufacturer of corrugated cartons, is offering a range of National Service positions for the upcoming service year. Candidates will join a dynamic team in Accra and Tema, gaining practical experience across design, administration, operations, customer service, logistics and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual assets and graphics for marketing and internal use.
• Provide front‑desk support, manage visitor flow and handle routine administrative tasks.
• Support operational analysis, data collection and reporting activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain client records and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track inventory and liaise with transport partners.
• Conduct quality checks on finished cartons and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Eligible for Ghana’s National Service program.
• Enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution or recent graduate.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
