National Service Personnel – Construction & Built Environment

About the role

The position is a full‑time, on‑site National Service role with ANM Construction in Accra. It offers a hands‑on introduction to the construction and built environment sector, allowing the successful candidate to work alongside quantity surveyors, project managers and site engineers while supporting daily project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take‑offs and preparation of bills of quantities.
• Measure and record construction works on site.
• Support cost estimation, project costing and tender documentation.
• Help monitor construction progress, review drawings and specifications, and prepare progress reports.
• Track materials, resources and procurement activities.
• Maintain project records and assist with site inspections.

Required profile

• Currently undertaking National Service in Ghana and available full‑time on‑site.
• Educational background in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Construction Technology or a related field.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to learn practical construction processes.
