National Service Personnel – Education Programs

About the role

Enlace Education Services is looking for a motivated National Service Personnel to support the planning and delivery of mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship activities. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Accra and offers the chance to work directly with students, families and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with student outreach and engagement.
• Coordinate programme schedules and activities.
• Maintain accurate student and programme records.
• Provide administrative support to the education services team.
• Communicate daily with students, families and partners.
• Track student participation and respond to enquiries.
• Help prepare learning materials and programme documents.
• Support event and educational tour logistics.
• Contribute to reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Clear and professional communication in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging students, families and partners.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Reliability, integrity and attention to detail.
• Eligibility for National Service placement in Ghana.
• Completed relevant tertiary education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Comfort using email and online collaboration tools.
