About the role
The National Service Personnel position at Seevcash is a hybrid internship that supports daily operations and customer interactions within a digital financial services platform.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and help them navigate the Seevcash app.
- Collect and organize user feedback, prepare reports, and support outreach or onboarding activities for new users and corporate clients.
Required profile
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility for National Service in Ghana and availability to work onsite in Accra.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with mobile apps and online platforms.
- Familiarity with common office software such as spreadsheets, documents, and email.
