National Service Personnel – Youth Employment & Skills

About the role

The African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET) is seeking a National Service Personnel to support its Youth Employment and Skills (YES) programme. This full‑time position will assist the YES team with research, knowledge management, event coordination and general administrative duties in Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct desk research on youth employment, education, TVET, skills development and labour‑market trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefs and routine correspondence for the YES programme.
• Manage the YES‑PACT portal by creating, organising and disseminating digital content, and monitoring user engagement.
• Support planning and logistics for events, workshops, stakeholder meetings and wider youth engagement activities.
• Maintain the YES Team Tracker, updating work plans, monitoring deliverables and following up on action items.
• Assist the Program Assistant with documentation, records management and other administrative tasks.
• Perform any additional duties required to advance ACET’s mission and the YES objectives.
