Operations Coordinator (3‑month fixed‑term)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator to support our London‑based creative business from Ghana. You will work closely with the leadership team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and gaining exposure to music, entertainment, and international rights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, fast‑changing diaries across multiple time zones and coordinate meetings, calls, events and international travel.
• Prepare briefing notes, agendas and follow‑up actions, and act as the first point of contact for clients and partners.
• Support contract tracking, invoicing, expenses and general administration.
• Coordinate logistics for tours, events, shoots and cultural initiatives, and track project timelines and deliverables.
• Manage and schedule content across social media channels and handle artist, partner, licensing and rights‑related requests.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an EA, PA, office coordination or operations role.
• Excellent diary management, strong written and verbal communication, and high attention to detail.
• Discreet handling of confidential information, calm under pressure and self‑motivated.
• Based in Ghana with a reliable remote setup (laptop, stable internet, backup power, quiet workspace).
• Willingness to work hours that overlap with the London team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media accounts and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Notion, Asana or Trello.
