Operations & Facility Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Facility Manager to own the day‑to‑day running of our facility, ensuring throughput, quality, cost and delivery targets are met. You will lead a multi‑shift team of supervisors, operators and fulfilment riders, keeping our 24/7 operation running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end facility operations, meeting performance and cost goals.
• Lead, coach and develop a multi‑shift team of supervisors, operators and riders.
• Maintain 24/7 operational continuity with high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Oversee suppliers, stock levels, machinery and site infrastructure.
• Uphold quality and chain‑of‑custody standards at every step.
• Report performance metrics and improvement opportunities to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Proven background in operations, plant or facility management (manufacturing, logistics, processing or hospitality).
• Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to run and grow a large, multi‑shift team.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data‑driven decision making.
• Calm under pressure, hands‑on, with high standards for quality and cleanliness.
