Operations Manager (Contract Contingent)

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the development and implementation of assigned projects, serving as the single point of contact from concept through final delivery. This role involves coordinating with end users, IT, and client services to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocations.
• Conduct project meetings, track progress, manage inventories, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Integrate vendor tasks, monitor deliverables, and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Analyze problems, recommend solutions, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of comparable experience and five years of management/supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills with diverse, senior, military, and civilian stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
