Pharmacist – Evening & Weekend Shifts

About the role

Join Country Medical & Pharmacy Limited as a Pharmacist working evening and weekend shifts in Accra. You will play a key role in ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing while providing expert advice to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and verify prescriptions.
• Review and interpret prescriptions, advising on drug interactions and side effects.
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.
• Assist the team with customer inquiries about products and health concerns.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and prescription processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) and a valid practicing license.
• Experience in community or retail pharmacy is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
