Plant Protection Guard

About the role

The Plant Protection Guard ensures the safety and security of Kasapreko’s facilities, employees, visitors, and assets. This full‑time position involves monitoring premises, controlling access, responding to emergencies, and enforcing security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control access by verifying IDs of employees, visitors, and contractors; ensure visitors sign‑in and are escorted.
• Conduct regular patrols of the perimeter, parking areas, warehouses and other key zones to deter suspicious activity.
• Secure doors, windows and gates after hours and check vehicles and personnel for unauthorized removal of company property.
• Enforce visitor policies, including the use of high‑visibility vests and accompaniment.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents and emergencies, following established procedures.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate visitor, patrol and incident logs.
• Assist in emergency situations such as evacuations, medical incidents or fire alarms.
• Provide courteous customer service at entrances, greeting staff and visitors and offering directions.
