Plumber – Talent Pool Opportunity

About the role

Remotown is creating a vetted pool of qualified plumbers to match upcoming opportunities with partner companies across Ghana. Candidates who join the pool will be contacted when a suitable role becomes available, ensuring a quick match between talent and demand.

Key responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving leaks, blockages, and water supply or drainage issues.
• Reading and working from plumbing blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Fitting and servicing water heaters, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
• Ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Carrying out routine maintenance checks and preventive servicing.
• Coordinating with site supervisors or clients on job scope and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on plumbing experience.
• Trade Certificate, NVTI/COTVET certification, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Ghanaian plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Own basic plumbing tools (preferred).
• Legal right to work in Ghana.
• Willingness to work on‑site across various project locations.

• Preventive maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing.
