About the role
We are seeking a qualified Power House Electrician to operate and maintain our power generation equipment, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply for our ceramic manufacturing plant in Takoradi.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain power plant equipment including generators and switchgear.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, perform repairs and conduct routine inspections.
- Monitor power supply parameters and report anomalies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Required profile
- Electrical certificate (NVTI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years experience in power plant or industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of generator systems and switchgear.
- Safety‑conscious and disciplined.
