About the role
First National Bank Ghana is seeking a Private Banker to join its Retail Banking talent team. You will work with high‑net‑worth and affluent clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new clients and expand an existing high‑net‑worth portfolio through personalized relationships.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing balances, cross‑selling products and reducing cost of capital.
- Identify and sell a full suite of transactional banking and lending solutions, including overdrafts, mortgages, vehicle finance and personal loans.
- Manage client campaigns, track performance and report on service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Relevant degree.
- 3 to 5 years of client‑facing experience with a proven track record in relationship building and new client acquisition.
