Procurement Manager – Senior Buyer

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Buyer with a Master's degree and at least three years of procurement experience to manage strategic purchasing of raw materials, equipment, and services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure cost‑effective procurement within budget.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments on procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Ghana procurement regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
