Program Development Associate (Volunteer)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Program Development Associate to join our team on a volunteer basis. The role supports Mansa Memorial Hospital’s mission to improve women’s health in rural Ghana by gathering and analysing data, assisting with reporting, and helping to design and implement health programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse programme data using SPSS.
• Prepare reports and support fundraising documentation.
• Participate in field visits to identify rural health challenges.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, contracts and logs.
• Assist with monitoring and evaluation data collection.
• Help manage budgets, grants and timelines with precision.
• Develop and nurture community partnerships to raise awareness and support.

Required profile

• Currently unemployed and able to work from our Accra office.
• Self‑driven, flexible and comfortable in a dynamic, unstructured environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SPSS for data analysis.
