Program Ideation And Content Lead

About the role

The Program Ideation and Content Lead will shape and refine program concepts across IHRDC’s three pillars. Working remotely on a part‑time basis, you will translate organizational goals into practical learning experiences, resources and interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum and learning frameworks for workshops, toolkits and digital platforms.
• Research human‑development trends and synthesize insights into program proposals.
• Draft clear, engaging program outlines and participant materials.
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, community leaders and partner organisations.
• Coordinate timelines, maintain documentation and ensure alignment with IHRDC’s vision.
• Revise content based on feedback and impact assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program design, curriculum creation and educational content structuring.
• Strong writing, editing and content‑creation abilities for workshop materials and outreach communications.
• Research and analytical skills to turn human‑development insights into actionable ideas.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities.
• Effective project coordination and time‑management in a remote, part‑time setting.
• Background or strong interest in human development, psychology, education, youth development or social impact.
