About the role
A reputable construction company in Pokuase is seeking a creative and skilled Project Architect to join its growing team. The role involves developing architectural designs, preparing presentations, and ensuring project compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and project layouts.
- Prepare 2D and 3D architectural presentations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and building regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, building construction, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with construction teams.
