PTP Specialist

About the role

The PTP Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end Accounts Payable process for DHL Global Forwarding in Ghana, ensuring timely and accurate handling of vendor invoices and expense vouchers while supporting the finance team’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer AP plans and objectives according to defined guidelines.
• Process incoming invoices from receipt through payment preparation, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Reconcile outstanding account balances, maintain accurate records, and generate control reports.
• Guide team members in daily service delivery and resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Analyze and resolve financial accounting or technical issues such as overdue data, billing disputes, and data‑quality problems.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of operating results to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with specialist departments, external service providers, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to build trusting relationships across functions.
