Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality-related activities within our plastic manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet both internal standards and customer expectations. This senior role reports to senior management and works closely with production, engineering, and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures.
• Draw up production schedules and monitor the production process to ensure compliance.
• Lead the development and commercialization of new products.
• Stay informed on technological trends, new materials, and innovative product opportunities.
• Minimize customer complaints and control in‑house rejections.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or HND equivalent).
• 10–15 years of experience in the production industry, preferably in plastics manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
• Experience with production scheduling and process monitoring.
• Ability to lead product development initiatives.
