Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will oversee real‑time, in‑process quality inspection on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that every intermediate product meets the required specifications and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform online, real‑time inspection and monitoring of manufacturing processes to guarantee compliance with cGMP and company QMS guidelines.
• Supervise line clearance operations before and after each batch, preventing mix‑ups and cross‑contamination.
• Verify dispensing of input materials and ensure proper labeling of workstations throughout production.
• Hold production lines when non‑compliance is detected and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors.
• Ensure that approved product specifications, reference samples, and the correct Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) are available and accurately completed at the workstation.
• Maintain traceability of input materials through accurate documentation.
• Carry out any additional quality assurance tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of cGMP, QMS and BMR documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production and quality teams.
