Quality Control Officer

About the role

The Quality Control Officer ensures every order leaving FUASMART EXPRESS meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and completeness. You will be the final checkpoint before delivery, safeguarding customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect each completed order for quality, finish, and correct item count.
• Sign off approved orders and secure them for delivery to the right customer.
• Reject and return any items that do not meet standards, providing clear reasons.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate them to the production team.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality and accuracy standards without compromise.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, audit, revenue assurance, or a similar assurance function.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to stop an order that isn’t right.
• Independent, firm, and able to work without pressure.
• Methodical and comfortable using a mobile app to log work.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights.
