Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy in Accra. The role will drive end‑to‑end hiring processes, build a strong talent pipeline and ensure we attract the best candidates to support our fast‑growing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
• Lead, mentor and develop the recruitment team to achieve high performance.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective talent solutions.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and employer branding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies and diversity hiring goals.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding in collaboration with HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in high‑volume hiring of general workers and senior‑level positions.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and best hiring practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques.
