Regional Sales Manager – Accra & Tema

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead Olam Agri’s rice portfolio growth across the Accra and Tema region. You will be responsible for building strong distribution channels, expanding the distributor network and driving market penetration while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets for volume, value and margins.
• Drive secondary sales and offtake in line with retailer and partner service level agreements.
• Identify growth opportunities across geographies and expand outlet coverage.
• Develop and execute competitive pricing strategies, track price realization and manage discount schemes.
• Appoint, develop and manage distributors to maximise return on investment and working capital.
• Lead and coach the regional sales team, ensuring execution excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align commercial activities with market needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in agribusiness or FMCG, preferably in West Africa.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of distribution and channel management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a regional team.
