Regional Sales Manager – Drive Growth Across Multiple Countries

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales performance across multiple countries for a leading consumer and specialty chemicals manufacturer. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive growth through an effective distributor network, generate user demand, and build a high‑performing local team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and increase market share for focused product lines.
• Develop and execute business development initiatives, including demand‑generation programs.
• Analyse competition and implement counter‑strategies to protect market position.
• Manage pricing strategies and margin targets through mix improvement and pricing actions.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors/importers, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Oversee commercial hygiene by managing receivables and ensuring timely collections.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of sales and business development experience, with 3–4 years in a regional leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the chemicals or related industrial sector.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and people‑management capabilities.
