Relationship Manager – Business Development & Marketing

About the role

The Relationship Manager will work within the Business Development and Marketing Division of Guaranty Trust Bank (GH) Limited. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers across the assigned market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with customers in the assigned target market to achieve bank objectives.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and devise strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to assess customers' creditworthiness.
• Maintain public relations with current and prospective customers.
• Monitor the team’s performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Stay informed about industry developments, fiscal and monetary guidelines, and banking trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2nd Class (Master’s degree or professional qualification is an advantage).
• Minimum five years of proven experience in the Ghanaian financial services industry, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
