Relationship Manager, Energy (Oil, Gas & Power)

About the role

The Relationship Manager, Energy will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in the oil, gas and power sectors, delivering tailored banking solutions while ensuring strong risk management and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned Energy sector clients, identifying cross‑selling opportunities for loans, trade, cash management and treasury solutions.
• Originate new business, prepare proposals and support deal execution in collaboration with the Head of Energy.
• Prepare credit applications, monitor portfolio quality, ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate transaction processing with the Integrated Middle Office and monitor account performance, limits and covenants.

Required profile

• First degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or related field; master’s degree or professional certifications (ACIB, ACCA, ICA, CFA) are a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate or energy banking.
• Strong knowledge of oil, gas and power operations, credit analysis and structuring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
