Relationship Manager (Insurance Brokerage)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be based on‑site in Accra and will manage a portfolio of personal and business insurance clients. You will build trust‑based relationships, understand client needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions while working closely with our network of independent agents.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective clients to assess insurance requirements.
• Recommend appropriate products and coordinate with agents to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate policy records.
• Support business development by following up on leads, participating in client meetings, and identifying renewal or upgrade opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and monitor satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and customer service abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities, with attention to detail.
• Minimum qualification: Certificate, Diploma, HND or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Willingness to learn insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Integrity, proactive attitude and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra and collaborate within a diverse team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital reporting tools.
