Relationship Officer – Life Insurance

About the role

AssureAdvisors Insurance Brokers Limited is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to promote and sell life insurance products. The role is based on‑site in Accra and focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and delivering tailored insurance advice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the life insurance market.
• Promote and sell life insurance policies to individual and corporate clients.
• Build and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
• Provide professional, needs‑based insurance advice.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer service.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
