Reseller Coordinator

About the role

The Reseller Coordinator will drive growth and sustainability of Jibu's distribution network across Africa. You will identify, onboard, and manage high‑performing resellers while ensuring they reflect Jibu’s standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch localized marketing and sales campaigns within reseller territories, tracking KPIs and ROI.
• Build and nurture relationships with franchisees and resellers, providing tools, training, and strategic support.
• Collaborate with agency partners on above‑the‑line activities such as creative development and media buying (radio, TV).
• Lead field sales initiatives to increase market penetration and support direct retailer outreach.
• Provide real‑time coverage of community activations, market events, and corporate activities on social media.
• Develop partner‑related campaigns, content collaborations, and CSR initiatives aligned with Jibu’s sustainability agenda.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a sense of ownership and a desire for continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating written content such as blogs, press releases, and op‑eds.
• Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, Google Maps) for field activities.
