Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager

About the role

Bedita Pharmaceuticals Limited is looking for a dynamic Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of its nationwide retail pharmacy network. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, optimizing inventory, and enhancing the customer experience across all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all retail pharmacy branches.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate inventory planning, stock replenishment, and distribution to ensure product availability.
• Analyse sales, stock movement, and operational reports to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and supervise branch managers and retail teams.
• Monitor customer service standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate branch audits and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales to optimise retail operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and overall branch productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between branches.
