Rooms Division Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Rooms Division Manager to oversee all rooms‑area departments, including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance and Housekeeping, at our property in Accra. The role focuses on enhancing guest and employee satisfaction while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the rooms operations team, ensuring goals are communicated and met.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, publish results promptly and address any issues.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Schedule staff in line with occupancy targets and oversee hourly job functions as needed.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, property procedures and recovery plans.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings with staff and provide coaching.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or a related area, or
• An associate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
