About the role

AIGAfrica Is Great (AIG) is seeking a Sales and Growth Partner to expand its medical supply footprint across Ghana. You will work directly with hospitals and clinics, driving outreach, closing supply deals, and shaping growth strategy through market analysis.

Key responsibilities

Identify and engage target hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.
Lead outreach campaigns, conduct follow‑ups, and negotiate supply agreements.
Close new sales and ensure timely delivery of life‑saving medical products.
Monitor market trends, analyze data, and recommend strategic growth initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics and distribution.

Required profile

Emotionally intelligent and persuasive communicator.
Self‑driven, organized, and results‑oriented.
Quick learner with an execution mindset.
Research‑oriented with ability to analyze trends.
Aligned with AIG’s mission to improve healthcare access across Africa.

Required skills

What we offer

Base salary of GHS 2,000 per month.
3% commission on all new sales closed.
Performance‑based growth opportunities and mentorship.
