Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be based on‑site in Accra, driving both customer acquisition and brand awareness for JotMinds’ digital learning and cognitive assessment platform. You will identify prospects, present solutions to schools and organisations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts with educational institutions and corporate clients.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships, track performance metrics and report on sales outcomes.
• Represent JotMinds at events, demos and partner meetings, ensuring consistent brand presence.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on market fit and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong sales and communication abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Experience or interest in education, edtech or cognitive assessment products is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
