Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

Bedita Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its commercial efforts across Ghana. Based in Accra, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead, coach and monitor a sales team, set targets and track performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients such as hospitals, clinics and pharmacy chains.
• Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, brand positioning and product launches.
• Conduct market research, analyse sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coach performance.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Accra and travel within Ghana as needed.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
• Experience in sales strategy development and account management.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
